Diagnostic Imaging Services

Our Diagnostic Imaging Services Department has the latest equipment to give physicians an inside look at the workings of the patient's bodies. These advanced technologies are performed by specially trained Technologist in their specific field. These technologies include:

CT (computerized tomography) scans
MR (magnetic resonance imaging)
Mammography and DEXA (osteoporosis studies)
Ultrasound
Vascular studies
Nuclear Medicine
PET (positron emission tomography)
Echocardiography
Nuclear Cardiac scanning
Heart catheterization

Many of our imaging areas are nationally accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) - MRI, CT SCAN, AND MAMMOGRAPHY or Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Echo Labs (ICAEL). These were huge accomplishments by the Imaging Staff and we are presently working towards the (ICANL) accreditation for the Nuclear Cardiac Lab and will begin working on ACR for our Ultrasound department.
