Colquitt County Coon Hunters Raise Money for CRMC Hospice
The Colquitt County Coon Hunter’s Association held its annual hunt to benefit Colquitt Regional Medical Center’s Hospice program.
The hunt was held in conjunction with a cake auction, dog show, raffle and barbeque dinner hosted by the hunters and hospice volunteers. Jim Hancock served as auctioneer for the evening and auctioned numerous pet and household items.
Amber Wiard’s treeing walker, Flash, was awarded overall best in show and class and breed winner in the bench show that preceded the hunt.
Approximately $3,000 was raised for the non-profit Colquitt Regional Hospice.
