Colquitt Regional Medical Center honored its dedicated employees for their years of service to the hospital and community at the 71st Annual Awards Banquet.

Blake Williams received the top honor of CRMC employee of the year. Williams works in the facility operations department. He has been an employee at CRMC since 2009.
“I am honored to be given this award but I can’t take any of the credit, the credit goes to God for giving my ability and drives to work.” Williams said. “I am also very appreciative to my facility operations team members and the rest of the CRMC staff that make the hospital run as smoothly. I am also appreciative to my wife for her support and to my mother, Regina Ward for the way she raised me.”
The employee of the year is chosen from the 12 employees of the month from the previous year and is then voted on by CRMC employees.
Williams and his wife, Shianna, have been married for 3 years. They have two boys, Jacobi and Jenson . The family attends Heritage Church. While not at work Blake enjoys softball and spending time with his family.
The banquet also honored employees marking length of service anniversaries of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 or more years.
