Colquitt Regional Medical Center honors Project SEARCH students
Project SEARCH serves people with disabilities through innovative workforce and career development. Through this process, the organization educates employers about the potential of this underutilized workforce while meeting the students human resource needs. Project SEARCH provides employment and educational opportunities for people with disabilities and is dedicated to workforce development that benefits the individual, community and workplace.
The students who received achievement certificates included Pretoria Daniels, Lauren Fender, Jeremy Hall, Justin Grant and Rebecca Hampton. Each student worked in an area of the hospital for 8 months, gaining knowledge and experience in those areas. The students interacted with staff and patients of the hospital.
